Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

 

Any orders placed within business hours (Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email within 24 hours for order updates.

SHIPPING COSTS:

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location; the cost will be calculated once the delivery address is entered and will be displayed at check out. This is applicable to international shipping as well. For international shipping queries, email us at sales@grydclo.com prior to your order.

 

We offer free shipping for orders over £79.99 and this is automatically applied at check out.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GRYD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@grydclo.com prior to processing a return, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition or incorrect information. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
